BYU – Idaho Student Family Housing consists of 156 two bedroom apartments and townhouses contained in 16 three story buildings.
The buildings are wood framed with a brick and stucco veneer. The project also included development of all roadways, parking lots, playgrounds, basketball courts and landscaping of the 15 acre site.
Construction was completed over one winter on a very aggressive schedule.
